1 | Quick Phone Assessment
RECOVERY BEGINS NOW. The first step to getting help is wanting to be helped. The next step is having your quick telephone assessment with us.
2 | In-Person Consultation
LET’S CHAT. Come in to our office and meet with our team of certified chemical dependency counselors and licensed behavioral health professionals. You will also meet with our medical physicians for a consultation to help determine which treatment best suits you.
3 | Treatment
Together we establish a plan to get you off your current opioid and onto Suboxone®, while providing immediate resources necessary to support your recovery. If Suboxone® isn’t right for you there are other options such as Vivitrol® to help aid in your recovery.
4 | Therapy
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS. Recovery is a collaborative effort, both before, during and after Suboxone® or Vivitrol® treatment, with one-on-one sessions to help identify triggers and support for hitting your long-term sobriety goals.
5 | Support
GROUP THERAPY. Meet with others in group support sessions so you can have the chance to be understood by and to also help others going through the same process. Surrounding yourself in the right environment will set you up for SUCCESS!
